Kohtaan 3. Imetys on mahdotonta erittäin harvoissa tapauksissa. Äidinmaitovastikkeella ruokkimiseen menee esim Pakistanissa tavallisen työmiehen kuukausipalkka. Kuka siinä tapauksessa annostelee jauhetta riittävästi - jos osaisikin lukea ohjeet.
